URGENT UDAI button not visible for domain change

Atlas site that shuts down today and we are wanting to redirect domain name – wanganuivaluer.co.nz. I am in the Atlas back end and we are unable to get a UDAI for this domain name as it keeps bringing up two messages as follows:

 

www.wanganuivaluer.co.nz  Renewing this domain is taking longer than expected. Please check back a little later.

www.wanganuivaluer.co.nz   Pending renew.

 

The domain was renewed a few weeks ago and has an expiry of 9 August 2023. So the UDAI should now be available. Can you help please? This is urgent as we do not want the site to be down over the weekend as it would impact online business considerably.

Hi @Komal_S we have been emailing atlas@myob with no reply this is URGENT as site goes down at 5pm today.

I've checked the atlas@myob.com queue and could not find any emails from you, thus I've sent you a forum private message with the code.

 

You can find the message by clicking on your avatar from the top right corner, then click on the mail icon.
