Upgraded to Atlas Plus but it's not working

Help.  I've upgraded my website to Atlas Plus but it's not working, it's still showing as a business card.  I'm desperate to get it running again.  I've paid and have a receipt of payment.

Hi @Nell_ie 

 

From checking your account I can see that I had responded to one of your emails to our MYOB Atlas Support Inbox earlier today.

 

From my reply, I cannot find any issues with your account as it does present the relevant Plus features and does look correct when going to the site.

 

I did note you mentioned there it had asked you to upgrade when changing your theme in which I recommend making sure you are clicking the "Save" button when changing the Theme & Colour. There is an Upgrade Plan button however this can be ignored.

Thank you for the assistance.  It must have upgraded slowly rather than instantly.  Either way it's all working perfectly now, cheers!
