Website Shut Down

I AM FUMING MAD!!

My domain name was recently transfered to MYOB Atlas.

They sent me an email to renew with no instructions.

I emailed back to ask how to renew.

They said my domain name is not with them and it was a glitch in the system

Now MYOB Atlas have shut my website down!!!

I have checked with my last provider and my domain name lies with MYOB Atlas.

I can't phone anyone

I have emailed six times with no response

MYOB Support cannot help me

How do I get hold of someone????

I'm really sorry about this and the confusion caused by this. I have emailed you via the Atlas inbox, as per my email the developers have manually renewed your domain with the new expiry date being 14/11/2022.
