Website down

Hello

We need some guidance as to how to get our website back up and running?

littlegumnut.com.au

it is also having an affect on email 

We have emailed support but have not had a response yet. 

A response as to how to get this site back up and running  would be greatly appreciated

Hi  Neil

we made changes to the DNS as suggested By atlas and the website is still down. 

can you please assist with next step.

there seems to be an error when it is reaching the website server ?

I see you have sent our Atlas team an email regarding this. I have asked them to reply through email once they have had a chance to look into your issue.

As mentioned previously the Atlas support team will respond to your email once they have looked into your issue. As they are still looking into this they will respond once they have completed looking into this.

we can see the CNAME littlegu.myob.net is working now but littlegumnut.com.au is still not resolving 

Are you able to help with getting a foward set up ?

Hi @Kallie 

 

Our Atlas support team sent all of the appropriate information about reestablishing the link between your external domain name and MYOB Atlas site in their email to you earlier today. I recommend following the steps on that email to reestablish that link

Hi @Kallie 

 

When our team respond to an email through the Atlas inbox the reply is sent to the same email address that the message was sent from, no different than hitting the reply button in your email software.

 

If multiple emails were sent from different addresses, then it would be whichever one that they replied to. Please note that as the response would be an email, if your spam and security settings filtered it out it may not be visible in your inbox. I do recommend ensuring that you have whitelisted the atlas@myob.com email address on your email server to ensure that it is not accidentally filtered into spam or junk mail
