i have the email now.

i have made the recommend changes so hopefully this will work. I assume that it may take a little while before the domain we put in will start resolving

Hi Neil

hopefully this is the last post. We made the change as recommended and our website is still not resolving. (We have linked the domain) and out dns records are correct. 

Can it take some time to resolve

As this is being looked into by our back end team. Once they have completed their investigation then our Atlas email support team will respond to your email on the matter.

 

Note that until the investigation has been completed there will be no new information on the topic beyond what has already been provided
