Website plan upgrade won't let me upgrade

can anyone help with this issue of being unable to upgrade my website plan account, says will be down graded on year 1899

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

 

I've located your Atlas website based on your forum details. I can see that you have successfully upgraded the plan from Basic to Plus, your Atlas website is also reflecting the correct plan as well. You can log in to your Atlas website > Site Settings > My Account to view the plan level at any time.
