Thanks for the update, we did receive reports that some clients were unable to reach our inbox last week, this has been resolved.
When renewing the domain name within your Atlas website, the checkout page will automatically load card set up as the payment profile for your Atlas plan subscription, simply enter the security code to proceed. It requires a working credit card set up as the payment profile, I can see that you are currently using direct debit so in order to renew the domain, please first go to Site Settings > My Account > Update billing details, follow the prompts and update your payment profile with a credit card (please do not use the 'Add/use a different card' option on the checkout page).
Once updated, log out of your Atlas website then log back in and try renewing again. With the domain renewed, you can use the same method above to switch the payment profile back to direct debit if desired. If you run into any problem, please do not hesitate to email atlas@myob.com with more details.
