Re: transfer domain name to go daddy

Hi @Wnh_123

Atlas domains do not have editable domain name servers. That said, we can provide the transfer code to transfer the domain name to a different provider, if you wish to retrieve that, please send an email with your query to atlas@myob.com.

Kind regards,
Komal

Re: transfer domain name to go daddy

Hi @Wnh_123

If you have already transferred the domain name to GoDaddy, then they control the nameserver settings of the domain name, you can contact them to make changes. Or if you have built a new website with GoDaddy but transferred the domain name to another registrar, you can also contact your current domain registrar to point the domain name to your new website.

If you are yet to transfer the domain name away from us, please do follow this Help article to make the transfer as soon as possible - Transfering domain names to another registrar. Should you run into any problems, please feel free to email atlas@myob.com with your domain details.

Kind regards,
Clover
