unable to renew domain name

We need to renew our domain name but when we follow the link it says it is broken.  When we try other avenues to renew it says we need to contact you - please advise how we are suppose to renew??

To renew a domain name in MYOB Atlas you will need to log into your MYOB Atlas site. Once logged into the site go to Site Settings >> My Domain Names and click the green renew button by the domain name that you want to renew. This will bring up the renewal window to allow you to renew the domain name.

 

If you encountered any issues with the renewal, such as if you received an error message I recommend emailing our atlas team with the domain name your trying to renew along with the exact wording of any errors that you are receiving
