upgrading atlas

How long does it take for Atlas to upgrade?  I have submitted payment and received a confirmation email that my upgrade was successful but my website is still only showing that I have the basic package.

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource.

 

Generally speaking, an upgrade happens automatically after the payment is received. I can see that the payment has indeed gone through, and I have lodged a ticket with our team to get this corrected as soon as possible

Hi Neil. Any idea how long that will take? Not a good look for a company running websites that their own website doesn't work!

Unfortunately I don’t have an exact timeframe for when our team will get this resolved. I have reiterated to our team how urgent this is. I know they were looking into it this morning but as soon as I hear anything I will let you know

Hi @Alex52

 

My apologies for the delay in responding. Our team have advised me that they have adjusted the necessary things in the back end and your website should now be showing under the Atlas Premier plan.

 

Please do check this on your end and do let me know if it isn’t showing appropriately
