urgent domain name renewal software not working

Have tried numerous times to renew our domain name but it does not go through.

 

Atlas MTYOB please can you help - time is running out for renewal

I see you have emailed our MYOB Atlas support email, and I have responded to that email with some information on how to get this resolved so you don’t lose your domain name.

I am having same issue regarding domain renewal.Logged into my account . renewal section,e

ntered credit card info. its says payment processing , then nothing. I have done this probably 8 times using a number of cards and it wont go any further. I have replied to the reminder email and no response either. please help NevilleP

Sorry to hear you are having difficulty in renewing your domain. To get this resolved we are going to have to employ a slightly different method for you. I have sent you a quote to your forum login email address. This quote is to renew your .com.au domain name for another 2 years. Are you able to accept this quote using one of the payment methods outlined on the quote and then let me know either by replying to this message or on atlas@myob.com please?

 

 

Once the payment on the quote has been accepted then I can get one of our team to renew the domain on our end so that you can continue using it.

Thanks Neil,
I sent confirmation of payment by email as requested and am assuming that all is well now. As no "renew" notice appears on our website in the Admin. area, perhaps you could confirm that I am correct in my assumption that all is well?

Hi @Franelle

 

Thanks for sending that confirmation through. I have heard from our team and they have confirmed that your domain has been renewed properly for you.

 

You can confirm the expiration date of a domain name by logging into your MYOPB Atlas Website and going to Site Settings >> My Domain Names. Under this window you can view the current domain names that belong to your MYOB Atlas Website, as well as their corresponding domain names.

Thanks for confirming that payment has gone through on that quote. I’ve let our team know that you have made that payment and asked them to renew that domain on your behalf. This renewal should happen overnight; however you won’t lose your domain name.

 

You can check the new expiration date by logging into your MYOB Atlas website and then going to Site Settings >> My Domain Names.
