website not working

I went to go to my website and it isn't working

eastcoastautoelectrics.com.au

 

I have no idea how long it has been down

 

I don't know how to get it working again

Welcome to your MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a great resource

 

Taking a look at your account, I can see that domain expired on 3/5/2017 and was not renewed at that time. As a result, this domain has subsequently become available for purchase once again. As that domain is currently available, you will need to purchase it again. For steps on how to do this, please see our help article, Registering domain names (Australia)

 

To be able to access your MYOB Atlas website, you will need to use your MYOB Atlas default domain name of eastcoastautoelectrics.myob.net to access your website. When you do purchase the domain name you will gain use of that domain for another two years before it comes up for renewal.
