AccountRight/New Essentials API – 500/504 errors and reduced performance Still not fixed

you mention in your post on "AccountRight/New Essentials API – 500/504 errors and reduced performance" that it is considered fixed, but we are still experiencing the issue. Please help URGENTLY.

Thanks for reaching out, yes that is correct we did release an update that helped reduce this error massively however there is still ongoing work to resolve this completely.

 

Would you be able to create an API support request with us HERE and we can have a more in-depth look into this as not all 500 errors could be related.
