MYOB Shared Sandbox 04 unable to log in

Hi everyone.


i have been trying to get in touch with someone about getting access to the Shared Mailbox 04 for testing. They sent me the username Developer and blank password, but for the last 2 days, i cannot log in. it is taking quite a long time to get this sorted. Can anyone help here?
