Not able to sign i

I am creating a proof of concept of asp.net web application where I need to access the myob apis and get the data from the apis and using it in my asp.net web application.

Now I first need the api key and secret for that when I sign-in using this link

https://my.myob.com.au/pages/login.aspx

I am given this error.

  • We didn't recognise that email or password. Please try again.
    For security reasons, your account will be locked after too many unsuccessful logins.

then I click in Forgot password link in that I type my email id.

But I have been trying this from the past 2 days I have not been able to recieve the reset password code and the new password on my Gmail Id.

Please I need the Myob api key and secret for my project which I have been struggling from the past 2 days.

I need your help.

Re: Not able to sign i

Hi There,

Thanks for reaching out, I was unable to find a Developer account in our system under your details. If you have not signed up for a developer account you can register HERE. Once the registration has been complete you will then have the developer tab in My.MYOB where you can register for your API key and secret.

I did find a Trial account under your email which looks to expire in a couple of days however this should still let you log into My.MYOB while this is active. I recommend ensuring you are using Google chrome and clearing the browser cache as sometimes this can cause issues when login into My.MYOB.

Thanks,
@Hannah_B
