SSO for one user but not for another to test login APIs

Is there anyway to create one user with SSO and another without? (for the same company file)  Essentially am wanting to be able to test both login scenarios - as without SSO we need to prompt for Company file login and send the cftoken header.

A few articles say to untick link user to my.myob.com  but I cannot see any tickbox that does that.  But I'm not an myob expert

We've done all our dev with SSO, and the first pilot site doesnt use that, so not much works. :-(
