User not seeing company file so want to resend invitation

User not seeing company file so want to resend invitation

Our audit had access to our YOb company file last year and is still listed as a user, however shoe cannot see our company file and ask if I can resent an invitation. Can I do that? I tried to creat another user for her with slightly different name but same email address but that did not work as it says she is already a user.

 

How do I get her to be able to see our company files.?

Thanks for your post. Can you please send me a private message with the below details so I can check our records:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File name 
  • Users full name and email address
