I try and organise automatic bank feeds for our cheque account, ask to start etc and get notification it is ready to go, however, then i get and answer that you cant have multiple bank feed on one account. (I dont have any other bank feeds) When i reported this as a fault, had an online meeting with MYOB, issue was located and was told would be fixed. Now i have no transactions on my cheque account at all and transactions (originally on cheque account ),on another account but only up to 26/4 with a month of allocated transactions now vanished. HELP
