Bank Feed Not Updating

Hi, is anyone else experiencing an issue with Westpac Bank Feeds, usually updates around 6:00am for me. Missing today's update

I've not got my CB feeds since yesterday.

Hi @GregN

 

Thanks for your post. Have the bank feeds come through since ? 

 

If they haven't can you please confirm the below details so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Last 4 digits of our your product serial number 
  • Last 3 digits of the bank feed bank account your having issues with 
  • Date of the last transaction you received
