Bank Feeds

Is anyone having NAB bank feed issues. I haven't had any bank feeds come through since 09/11/2022.

Yes NAB!!!! Mine went missing from the 3rd to 10th, came back for 2 days now missing again?????

Yes mine haven't come through either from NAB, and missing one day from last week as well- I am not sure how to rectify

Hi Everyone

To my knowledge, we haven't had any widespread bank feed delays with any particular accounts. Generally speaking, if there are delays we will let customers know, and depending on the nature they typically go out later in the day when they are required to.

If you still haven't received those feeds, getting the following information would allow us to investigate your individual case in more detail:

• The last four digits of the serial number
• (If on AccountRight) The company file of that file - Help>>About AccountRight
• The last four digits of the bank account
• The last date you received the feeds
