Bank Reconciliation Issue

Hi, I am having an issue with regards to bank reconciliation for MYOB Essentials.

There was a 2019 transaction showing as unreconciled currently however this transaction never showed up in prior months.

No new transaction was added, the bank balance have not changed, if I select this for reconciliation then my bank will be out of balance.

Hi @Louise18 

 

Welcome to the Community Forum. This can happen if you edit or change a transaction from a previous month.

 

At this stage, you would need to undo the most recent reconciliation, then keep undoing until you get the reconciliation with that transaction. Then re-reconcile that one, then the same for each month going forward again, until you're back to the current date.
