Re: Bank Reconciliation Issue

Hi, I am  having a similar issue with transactions that I can see have been included in a previous reconciliation and showing as outstanding.  I raised it yesterday.  I also have an issue with bank transactions being attached to an account that didn't exist "back then".

Is there going to be any assistance for this mess?  I logged issues on this thread yesterday for 3 critical banking issues (invloving hundreds and hundreds of transactions).  I do voluntary work for a couple of organisations and am spending hours and hours and just spinning my wheels.

Good luck

Re: Bank Reconciliation Issue

Yes that's the issue I have as well.  I have hundreds of thousands of outstanding deposits, a 30 page bank reconciliation for one account with outstanding deposits from 2017  -2019.  It has affected two bank accounts. In desperation to sort it, after months of trying, I have created a "bank account for migration errors" and am currently reprocessing these transactions to the "dummy bank account" to quarrantine and isolate them......

Re: Bank Reconciliation Issue

Sean

You asked for this information yesterday and I have already sent it to you.  The only thing you didn't ask for yesterday was a screen shoot of the error/issue....its not an error message - it's a data corruption /migration error.
