Bank feed not working from 28 March 2023

Hi,

My bank feeds are not being updated from 28 March 2023, please advise why is it happening? Is it a problem from MYOB or bank? I'm not sure.

Josh I am with CBA and have also had no bank feeds since 28 March.  Not good so close to month end :-(

I'm with ANZ and last bank transactions are 28 March.  Anyone heard anything from MYOB?

I sent a report and got this reply back from MYOB

I have consulted this issue from our Banking team. They have advised me that they are currently aware of a delay in providing the latest bank feed data transactions. 

Our team is currently working on processing the bank feed data and will make it available as soon as possible.
 
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We understand that these transactions are important to your everyday tasks.

Rest assured our team is working on it with utmost urgency. 

In the meantime, we recommend refreshing your software from time to time as the transactions may come through. 

We appreciate your patience and consideration in this matter.

CBA bank feeds haven't been working for me either. Has been a few days now.

No Bank Feeds for NAB either, though this morning I did get the one from 2 days ago.

Did you try the "Get Bank Transactions" button in Bank Feeds ?

Sadly no, since it always comes up on its own. It worked. Thank you Timbarina22, wish I'd mentioned it earlier!
