Bank feeds not working

Hi our bank feeds on 4 accounts have not been working for the last 3 days. Any suggestions on what to do.  Is there a problem

Hi @HiltonPark 

 

Thanks for your post. We are aware that some users have been unable to see their bank feed transactions. This has now been resolved and you should be able to see those transactions now. If it still doesn't work, I recommend to clear cache, log out then log back in to check if the bank feeds will now work. Please let me know how it goes.

Hi, Still having an  issue with Banking not loading.  I use Microsoft Edge and have cleared my cache.  Signed out and back in.  Result still the same, not loading.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear that you are having an issue with bank feeds.

 

The concern regarding bank feeds has now been resolved. You should be able to those transactions now. Please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.

Hi Doreen, 

Thank you for the response.  The bank feed itself is actually working.  What I am trying to draw attention to is the dashboard bank feed.  Please refer to my earlier pictures and the one below.  If you look closely you can see the bank feed is not updating on one of my accounts.   Thanks Janet

Hi @HiltonPark 

 

Since bank feeds is working but the dashboard for one of your bank account is not synching, I highly recommend to clear cache your browser and log out then log back in. Also please get bank transactions  from Bank feeds if it is updated. Let me know how it goes.
