Banking transaction page down_Urgent

Hi 

My bnking transaction page is down, I have tried multiple browsers but not working at all. 

I need to prepare my BAS and it is really stressful!

yep we have no access to the banking module in myob and no bank feeds for 2 days - various banks and data files. MYOB please sort ASAP as you are still charging me whilst not providing the service.

You're going to have to sit it out until they fix it unfortunately.  I've just spend over an hour on the Online Help with someone trying to resolve the same issue (and looks like lots of other people are complaining of the same thing) and all I got was "the developers are looking into this as a matter of urgency"

We appreciate your patience regarding this. The team was made aware that the Bank Feed service was currently experiencing delays in delivering transactions. A fix was already done to this and we suggest that you log out and log back in or clear your browser cache if it is still not accessible.

Not fixed.  Logged out, cleared cache, logged back in, hit get Bank Transactions.  Still nothing.

I've just received another update about it. You may now try again and see if your bank feeds will show. We appreciate your patience about this.
