I am trying to delete imported bank statements and it keeps saying 'Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser.' I have deleted the cached files still does work.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you are getting this error message. I have seen this error message appear when one or more transactions in the imported QIF file have been allocated or matched to a transaction in the company file.
To solve this you will need to unallocate or unmatch the transactions within the company file matched to the transactions in the imported QIF file.

Hi Yanike,
Thank you for your response.
I have deleted some imported statements however some wont delete.
I would have transactions allocated on the imported statements that have been deleted.
I have many transactions allocated so to unallocate them would take a long time.
Extremely frustrating.
