How do I delete payments in the prepare electronic payments screen on essentials. There are transactions for a payroll taht I credited. The debits and credits balance so the total is zero. I just can't find away to delete all transactions.

Thanks for your post. Tick the debit and credit transactions so that the Total payment amount is $0.00, then click on Download bank file. This will move the transactions from the Prepare electronic payments window without affecting the bank account as the payment amount is $0.00. The bank file doesn't need to be uploaded to the bank.
