Hi
Tried emailing remittance advices from Essentials Accounting, and got error message as per screenshot attached. I removed subject line to take screenshot.
This has happened before, with no satisfactory explanation from tech support.
Any suggestions why this is happening?

Thanks for your post. Our team have identified this as an issue and this has been raised, if you could please provide me with your product serial numbers last 4 digits so I can indicate to our team that you've been impacted by this situation.
In the meantime some clients have had success sending the remittances by resaving the suppliers card. For example, re-entering the email address and saving the card.
