Hi there,
I am trying to 'match transactions' to a bank feed transaction/entry. After I have matched all the transactions (there are about 25 purchases so it takes some time!) when I click save, I get the following error message;
A problem occurred with one of the transaction lines that has a decimal amount. Please delete the line, add a new line, and try again.
I have looked through all the purchase transactions, and they all have the normal 2 decimal places. I cant see anything wrong. I dont want to delete all 25 purchases and re-enter them
Does anybody know what this message even means?? I hope someone can help me!! Thanks in advance.

Hi Melisa,
Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up deleting all my purchases and re-entering them (grrrrrr), in order to be able to allocate them to the bank transaction without the error message.
So I guess I am still at a loss as to what was causing the error message, and am hoping it doesnt re-occur for the next one!

I am having the same issue and have a similar number of transactions! I also have triple checked each amount and there appears to be no problem. Could someone please explain why this is happening and what it means!! And what needs to be done, or what MYOB needs to fix!

From a previous post I made asking for information, I have gone through all 23 transactions and put the amount as Zero, then re-entered! No go!! Gone through again, deleted line and re-entered! Once again no go! Why can't MYOB tell you which entry they say there is an issue with, or when you are entering, don't be able to Save if there is something not right!! And once again, these issues appear to happen around a month end! Anyone know of another way to sort this out, so I can reconcile!
