Essential Allocate Bank Feed Transaction To Supplier Invoice

Ive just migrated from Account Right to Essential and am having trouble allocating a Bank Feed transaction to a supplier invoice. I assume I'll have the same trouble with customer payments.

Allocate wants to save it as a spend money  and account number but I want to allocate to an existing Invoice.

The chat person online couldnt help neither could a telephone call from the bank feed section and Ive been one hour on the phone and still caller number 4 in the cue from 6 at the start.

Account Right desktop online was so simple.

I've tried googling the question but only seem to find the spend money allocation

Re: Essential Allocate Bank Feed Transaction To Supplier Invoice

Hi @karenlee1

Thanks for your post. If there is an existing MYOB Essentials transaction, in the Bank transactions window click on the expand arrow and Match transaction: Matching bank transactions

If there is no existing MYOB Essentials transaction you can allocate the bank transaction which will automatically record either a Spend or Receive money transaction: Allocating bank transactions

Please let me know if you need further help.
