I'm unable today to open the bank transaction page. Message "Something went wrong Try refreshing your browser
If the issue persists, contact MYOB support"
I have tried to sign onto another device and the issue is still there. I have tried refreshing the browser and also tried Internet Explorer rather than Chrome.
this issue has never happened before.

Tried restarting, tried different client files, no luck.

Based on the number of new posts about the subject it's clearly a MYOB issue. The instability of the platform since the "upgrade" has been woeful. Why they keep calling it an "upgrade" is beyond me. End of month, BAS... I mean it's not like it's an important time for us or anything.

same here. About to open other sections of Essentials except 'Bank Transactions'. Do we need to call MYOB and wait 1 hour for support staff to answer our call?

Hi all,
We appreciate your patience regarding this. The team was made aware that the Bank Feed service was currently experiencing delays in delivering transactions. A fix was already done to this and we suggest that you log out and log back in or clear your browser cache if it is still not accessible.

I have logged out and cleared the cache, still no bank feeds
