Match transaction window is now null and void

Hey MYOB. You do know that the match transaction function is not working at all right?

I used to rely on that heavily but since the "Update" (LOL) it no longer works.

Are you planning to address this or leave it as is and just put up our fees again and?

Thanks for your post. There are no widespread issues with the match transaction function. Could you open your file in Google Chrome, clear the browser cache, recreate that error for me and share the screenshot here so I can have a closer look why it is not working for you?

I'va already spent more than 1 hour on the phone trying to explain the problem. In the end the support person just refrered me to the online documentation.

I can't waste any more of my time.

I would like MYOB to call me and make a time to troble shoot the issue over the phone. After all I have been with you for 22 years.

Hi, sounds similar to an issue I have just encountered, have your bill numbers started to duplicate?

I am sorry you had that experience on the phone. I cannot arrange callbacks via this channel unfortunately. I can't find any information in my system linked to the email address you are using on the forum. If you could provide screenshots and the error log (see below how to get this), I am able to assist you further with this. 

 

To open the console select the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots) and choose More Tools >> Developer Tools

 

 

Choose the Console tab to view the logs being produced.

 

 

Right click and choose Clear Console

 

repeat the action that causes the error / issue. Any errors within the logs will be recorded in red error text.

 

 

Save the error log by right clicking on the Console tab and choose Save As, to save the entire log to a .txt file

i think our bill number duplicated as a client had me resend the invoice as the incoice number had been used on another invoice....Man Frustrated I dont recall changing it...

Yes Invoice numbers have duplicated and invoices emailed to clients are not opening as the ones sent.  It obvioulsly a very bad thing having paid invoices with different amounts and customer data being sent to clients who are expecting to get their invoice.
