Missing Bank feeds

Hi MYOB

I am trying to do a bank reconciliation for a cleitn and i noticed there are transactions missing form 5/9/22 to 12/9/22, which are showing on the bank statemtn. teh fiel has not been upgraded or anything. It has been on new essentials for months.

This has never happened before with feeds.

How can we make sure it never happens again?

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear your client has missing bank feed transactions. Could you please send me a private message with the affected serial number and last 4 digits of the bank account and I can send these transactions to their file.
