Missing bank feed transaction

Hi,

im missing a transaction that is showing on my bank statement but not showing in the bank feed. 
How do I rectify this please?

Thanks for your post. I am happy to have a look into this for you. Could you send me a private message with your serial number, last 4 digits of the bank account and a screenshot of the missing transaction?

Sorry I can't seem to work out how to private message you. 
If I click on the private message hyperlink it takes me to a page that says private message and that's it.

You should have the right access, if you are still having trouble could you clear your cache and try again?
