For the third time in 4 months, we have not received a Bank Feed on the day befotre month end when we pay all our bills due. for the month. This time it also happened to be a pay day as well, so really causing headaches!
There is no day that it could possibly be more inconvenient for us. We chose MYOB to help us, but especially since the "upgrade", it is often being a hindrance.
Can we please get this download urgently, and we would like a reason for why we seem to lose them so often lately.

It is my belief that there have been lots of issues with MYOB Essentials since they changed to STP2. Prior to that the interruptions were minimal. So frustrating!! It is not just BOQ.

I was wondering if anyone was having the same problem. Was on the phone for nearly 2 hours the other day and still not resolved. I absolutely hate the new MYOB Business

So do I! But changing to another system would be a heck of a lot of work. Every time MYOB breaks down I consider it, believe me.

Bank Feed has now come through, so it is a partial fix. But no reason given why this is happening so frequently, so still not satisfied.
I guess we just wait and hope it doesn't continue?????

Here we go again. Near end of month and again, no Bank Feed from yesterday.
Can this be fixed or is it to be a continuing failure in MYOB Business? Now 4 out of 5 months, always near month-end, and either clearing pays or EOM accounts, our largest transaction days.
Come on MYOB, we are paying for what used to be a service, but has now become constant hiccups and system failures.

Thanks for your post.
I'm sorry to hear that you had that experience. We have an ongoing issue in bank feeds since last week but it was already resolved.
And also some reason why the bank feeds were delayed is that Information relating to bank feed transactions is sent through to us from the bank directly and we process that information before sending it to the relevant AccountRight/MYOB Business. Generally speaking, bank transactions will be made available to clients on the next business day, depending on the Frequency of the bank feed.
On Occasion, there may be some delay in providing feeds for clients as the information was delayed in being sent through to us from the Bank and/or we are taking a while to process that information.
