Last synced with Bank 2 days ago. I have checked with the bank and they confirm their feeds are running daily at 8AM. Any ideas how to force a feed update in MYOB?

Thanks for your post. We are aware that some users have been unable to see their bank feed transactions. This has now been resolved and you should be able to see those transactions now. If it still doesn't work, I recommend to clear cache, log out then log back in to check if the bank feeds will now work. Please let me know how it goes.

Hi Doreen,
This has not been resolved. Since last Friday we recieve our bank feeds with 2 days delay.
I have just opened Accounts Right this morning - No bank feeds for yesterday 03 April.
Could you please advise when things going to be back to normal?

This is still occuring. My bank feed has not updated for 2 days and there are transactions not reflected in MYOB. The last 2 days were business days, so I see no reason for this delay.
When will this issue be resolved? Is there a way to force the bank feed to sync?

Thank you for your post. Sorry for the delay of response.
As per checking, the issue regarding bank feeds not updating the transactions has now been resolved. Before accessing your bank feeds, please log out then log back in. Also kindly do clear cache your browser after that, the bank feeds will work now. Please let me know how it goes.
