Prepare electronic payments

Good Morning, I have tried to prepare electronic payments after I processed the payroll yesterday. However, MYOB keeps saying that something went wrong and please try again or refresh the browser when I tried to download the bank file. I have checked everything in MYOB and could not find anything wrong. Could you please assist me with this issue? Thanks.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you're still experiencing this, can you please provide me with the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has happened and attach it as a .TXT file so I can take a look into his for you.
