Ridiculous Customer service

MYOB you need to improve your customer service!!!

I have tried to avoid calling you as my previous experiences have been a nightmare, you basically need to give up a day to make contact.  

I have had no choice but to call now, as the online case I lodged never got back to me.  

I was on hold for 40 mins, and then gave up as my bladder was about to burst.  I have then called again, 50 mins later I spoke to someone, who then said I'll put you on hold.  10 mins later, they came back, and said that they needed to tranfer me to another dept.  I enquired how long the wait would be, and she said not long.  That was an hour and 10 mins ago, and I am still on hold.  I have been in each position for about 20 mins, there must only be one person in that dept, and my fear is that they will go home and cut me off.  I also should have gone home 20 mins ago, god only knows how long I'll be here.  I guess that I'll be here foe another hour, and that I will then get hung up on.

The service provided by MYOB is disgusting, I am definitely going to talk to my accountant about changing to Zero.  The worst thing is, you just cannot access any support, and when you do they just don't seem to care.

MYOB shame on you!!!!
