Same transactions in journal and bank feed

I allocated/approved transactions and when i went to reconcile i realised i had a double up of a reference number so i went in and adjusted, then clicked reconcile. Since then, I see the exact same transactions back in bank feeds without the allocation that i have done previously.

So currently can see them in bank feeds unallocated and transaction journal allocated.

What should i do?

Hi

It is possible that when you made the adjustment you unmatched the transaction to the bank feed.

As you have reconciled the account , I suggest that you undo the reconciliation and then untick the relevant entries and then do a find in bank feeds to match again.

Reconcile and all should be good.
