Something went wrong

Good morning.

 

This morning. When I try to access the Bank Transactions page I get the following.

Something went wrong

Try refreshing your browser
If the issue persists, contact MYOB support

 

 

I have tried this in both Edge and Chrome and they both exhibit the same behaviour.

Bank Transactions is definately down this morning.

Yep - just saw the other post.

 

Annoying. Hopefully they jump on it quickly.

yep we have no access to the banking module in myob and no bank feeds for 2 days - various banks and data files. MYOB please sort ASAP as you are still charging me whilst not providing the service.

Has this issue been resolved for you?  I have had the same issue for the past 2 days.

No it is not resolved just waiting for MYOB to sort it out.

Hi all,

 

We appreciate your patience regarding this. The team was made aware that the Bank Feed service was currently experiencing delays in delivering transactions. A fix was already done to this and we suggest that you log out and log back in or clear your browser cache if it is still not accessible.
