Hi MYOB,
This customer has been upgraded from Old Essentials to New Essentials.
There is a transaction posted to credit card on 11/08/2022 and on the credit card side it will not match?
How is my client suppose to balance this?

Hi @Cloud_Mind
Just testing that situation within my setup, I was able to see the other side of that transaction in the Match transaction window when I was attempting to deal with the other transaction.
The only thing that I could get to prevent that transaction from appearing is to mark the transaction as cleared i.e. tick the transaction, in the Reconcile accounts window for that account.

Thanks @Steven_M I think the client might have mucked it up there end. I ended up undoing the bank reconcilations and matching off again and it worked for me
