bank feeds - access is denied

I'm having trouble with the set up of bank feeds-as 'access is denied" is showing ???

Thanks for your post. The business owner (typically the person who set up the MYOB subscription) or an Online Admin user can can set up bank feeds. Read more about that here: Setting up bank feeds.
