bank feeds not working - Essentials

Hi.  Bank feeds have not updated since 12/7/2022.  I have tried linking the bank again, it says they are ready and working.  However, they just are not matching between bank and myob.  Am i doing something wrong?  Help please.

Just to confirm, you have not received any bank feeds since 12/7/2022?

 

If this is the case please send me a private message with the following details and I will raise a ticket with our banking team to look into:

 

  • Serial number
  • Business name
  • Your name + email 
  • Last 4-digits of the affected bank feed/s account
