calculated balance and bank feed balance do not tally after todays change to new software

Hi,

after logging on to essentials today, I have been met with the new software interface for the first time.

I have one immediate issue, my calculated balance and bank feeds balance now do not tally. (difference is around $20,000 

Prior to the software change they were fine.

Can anybody help me with what I need to do to get them to tally again?
