Access after Essentials transition to business

After Essentials transition to Business, I lost business owner access which has been transferred to an outsider (audit employee) who is no longer with that firm. A former business advisor has also been added and I am not able to remove them. This is a breach of privacy and hugely inconvenient.

I have been trying to resolve this through MYOB support for over 2 weeks. On 26 May they emailed that the auditor had been removed and I had been given owner access and it would take 1-2 hours to sync - 8 days later and still no change!
