Hi All
My boss who is also the administrator to our new MYOB is trying to give me access. I can login and see access to our 2 businesses but i keep getting a message saying i dont have access. It is doing our heads in. What could be the missing link to why i cannot access, he has tried to give me access twice.

Thanks for your post. I am happy to look into this for you. I can see that the email address you are using should have file user access to 2 files; serial number ending on 4381 and 3113.
Could you try a different browser or clearing the cache in Google Chrome and see if you have access now?
