Amount doubled up on chart of accounts import

Can anyone tell me why this happens? I created a txt chart of accounts file with balances and imported it into MYOB. Everything works except GST. The GST balance is $1,740 and is the only liability. The amount is doubled up to $3,480 in the total current liabilities and also in total liabilities.
