Changed our email address on Saturday and now can't get into our file. Keeps saying "Which User ID do you want to sign in to XXXXX as?" Left a message through support but have heard nothing. Working today but can't do anything. Spent time on phone ringing but to no avail. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
