The last three occassions trying to ring MYOB customer service were a fail, with over an hour wait time and eventualy no helpful advice??
I have now tried three separation occassion to use your chat box - with approximate wait times nowhere close to the actual wait time. Today the approiamtely wait time is three minutes - 30 minutes later I am still waiting with no response.
Not sure how you expect us to run a business with little or no support from MYOB??

Someone finally answered and it took 20 minutes of questions and misinformation before I was advised :
