I have a Client with 2 different MYOB files but I use the same email address and password to log into both. When the 2nd business was first set up a couple of months ago and I accepted the invitation I was able to access both MYOB files by switching between businesses. This worked for about a month but I have now lost access to the 2nd (newly created) business file. When I select 'switch businesses' it just takes me back to the same file I was already in. My Client has called MYOB and all they have told him is that I have access to both. I am stuck and need help accessing the 2nd file.

Thank you so much for your post. We do recommend clearing up your browser's cache or try logging in from a different browser. If you're still having the same issue after logging in from a different browser, please send me a private message with the following information:
* Serial number
* Company name
* Email Address and Full name
